I had a previous balayage out of the country, it was a good job, but the highlights where to soft and I wanted it more blonde (My hair was natural, so they could have done it). Someone in a WhatsApp group recommended the salon. I made an appointment on the website and they called me right away. They read the comment I wrote, which I love because I've made appointments at other salons before and they never saw them. I have been going to Carlee for years. Selfishly, I want to gatekeep her, but at the same time, she deserves all the stars and raves about her. She is truly amazing. She listens and truly takes care of my needs and always makes my experience enjoyable. Carlee is knowledgeable with her products and is always up to date with the industry trends. The Staff and other stylist at the salon also brings a welcoming and warm experience. The front desk girlies are always so kind and willing to work with your schedule. The stylists are always engaging and wanting to learn from one another and are so nice. All around, I always enjoy getting my hair done at the salon.
